TL;DR – w skrócie
  • Hiring at 25wat is built on values: at every stage, we check whether your actions and attitude are in line with ours.
  • Beyond skills, attitude counts: gaps in knowledge can be filled, but your approach to people, challenges and conflict is much harder to change.
  • The process usually covers your CV and portfolio, a recruitment task or interview (at our Wrocław office or online), a team interview, and a decision and offer. The number and format of stages depend on the role.
  • We share the salary range in the job ad or before the interview, we don’t ask about current or past pay, and we try to give feedback to everyone who takes part in the process.

Want to join our team? Or maybe you’re just curious what hiring looks like here? Either reason is a good one.

We’re glad you want to learn more about 25wat. We appreciate that, so we won’t beat around the bush. Here’s how it really is: #ZEROBULLSH!T

Our recipe for hiring

Above all, we’re guided by our values. We’re a team that puts them into practice. Those values are: “Strategy that works,” “Always a step ahead,” “Creativity without formulas” and “Technology as an advantage.”

They define us and shape everything we do, including who we look for and how we design the hiring process at 25wat. That’s why:

  • Values at every stage: from your first email to our final conversation (or video call) with you, we check whether what you do, say and enjoy, and the principles you follow, are in line with our values.
  • A designated recruiter and a well-planned process: hiring at 25wat is handled by a person assigned specifically to it, and the process has several stages, all carefully planned. We want it to be of real value to you, so once it’s over, we try to give you feedback. Meeting you is an important moment for us, and we want that to show.

How do we know it’s you we want?

We look at the whole person. When we’re searching for someone to join our team, even before we post a job ad, we think not only about the technical skills and work experience the new person should have, but also about the attitude that should set them apart.

Why do we care so much about how you work and think? Because we believe knowledge can be acquired. You can always learn more or get extra training. It’s different with your attitude toward people, relationships, professional challenges and even conflict.

Changing anything in that area takes far more work and commitment on your part than, say, learning how to use photo editing software. Besides, we want you to be happy here, and we want growth to matter as much to you as it does to us.

How do we hire?

Hiring is a process in which both sides invest their time (and therefore money). At 25wat, it’s run by the person on our team responsible for recruitment. If you decide to apply, they’re the one you’ll be in touch with.

The number and format of the stages depend on the role, but the process usually looks like this:

  1. CV and portfolio: we read your CV carefully and get to know your experience. If you have a portfolio, we’d love to see the projects where you really find your flow.
  2. Recruitment task or interview: depending on the role, we ask you to complete a task or invite you straight to an interview. We meet face to face, either at our office in Wrocław or online.
  3. Team interview: you meet the person who leads the team you’d be joining, or the people you’d work with day to day. It’s a good time to ask your questions about projects and how we work.
  4. Decision and offer: after the final interview, we get back to you with a decision. If it’s a yes, we make you an offer with a salary within the range we shared earlier.

We talk openly about money. We include the salary range in the job ad. If you apply without one, we share it before the interview. We don’t ask about your current or past pay. These rules are also required by law: the pay transparency provisions for recruitment in the Polish Labor Code (Kodeks pracy) have applied since December 24, 2025 (amendment of June 4, 2025).

Post-recruitment feedback

We treat bringing new people onto the team as one of our most important projects. We try to give feedback to everyone who takes part in the process, whatever the outcome. If you complete a recruitment task, we’ll also comment on it whenever we can. That’s because, as we said at the start, we want this process to be of real value to you.

Want to join us?

We’re always curious about people, and we’re constantly looking for those who could bring something of their own to our team. Before you apply, take a look at what we do day to day and the projects we deliver.
