Enterprise marketing is a large organization’s communication with customers, candidates and partners, run across many channels, within brand guidelines and approval procedures. We help marketing, communications and HR teams at large companies: from strategy workshops, through 360° campaigns and LinkedIn employer branding, to Webflow microsites and AI rollout in your marketing team.
A large organization is rarely short of ideas. It’s more often short of time, and good concepts get lost between departments. We’re a creative agency based in Wrocław and Warsaw. We work in small, senior teams, as your lead agency or as support for your department, including alongside other agencies.

MARKET & CHALLENGES

What you face at a large company

A large company competes on several fronts at once: for customers against global players and faster local brands, for specialists against other employers, and for the attention of investors and the media. In Poland, companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, domestic corporate groups, branches of foreign multinationals and shared services centers are looking for the same people, often in the same cities. A business customer compares suppliers for months, while a consumer decides in a few seconds, in a store or in an app.

Competing for talent

Candidates compare employers on LinkedIn, in employee reviews and in job ads. If they can’t see what it’s like to work for you, they pick the company next door.

An unknown Polish branch

People know the global brand, but not its Polish service center, factory or R&D team. Candidates and partners don’t know what your team in Poland does.

Post-merger brand

After an acquisition or merger, you have two brands, two teams and customers asking what’s changing. Without a communication plan, they’ll fill in the rest themselves.

Campaign in the queue

The campaign launch date is fixed, but its page is stuck in the queue for IT and the corporate CMS. Every week of delay leaves less time for results.

Silent experts

What your experts and leadership know stays in internal meetings. Customers and candidates see a logo, not the people behind the company.

AI without shared rules

Your team has licenses for AI tools, but everyone uses them their own way. Content sounds inconsistent, and the know-how about what works stays with one person.
WHAT’S DIFFERENT

How enterprise marketing differs

Five ways it differs from marketing in other industries:
01
Many stakeholders.
Marketing, HR, sales, compliance and headquarters expect different things from the same campaign.
02
Employees as an audience.
Your own people read your external messages too. If a message doesn’t match what they see at work, they say so out loud.
03
HQ guidelines.
Creative for the Polish market fits within the global brand book and still speaks to the local audience.
04
Production at scale.
The same creative runs in several markets and languages, and it has to look like one brand everywhere.
05
Reporting to leadership.
Budgets are usually approved once a year, and results have to be presented to leadership and headquarters.
That’s why we agree on the approval path and report format before we produce the first creative.
COMPLIANCE

How we work in corporate communications

We do
communicate company results and plans after they’re published via ESPI or EBI
feature employees in campaigns once they consent to the use of their image
include the pay range in the job ad, not just before the interview
compare the brand with competitors fairly, using verifiable data
create content with AI and label deepfakes as generated or altered
We avoid
disclosing results to the media and analysts before they’re published
ESG and “eco” claims without data to back them up
job ads and job titles that aren’t gender-neutral
personal data in AI tools without a data processing agreement with the vendor
creative work without a copyright transfer for the fields of use you need
This list follows Articles 10 and 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) for listed companies, the Polish Labor Code (Kodeks pracy; pay transparency in hiring from December 24, 2025), rules on unfair competition and market practices, copyright law, the GDPR and Article 50 of the AI Act. This is not legal advice.

Enterprise marketing in practice

Case study · Truck manufacturer

Scania

A parts discount, starring the service team
Scania Classic is a discount program for genuine truck parts: 15 to 40% off. After strategy workshops, we designed a key visual featuring trucks and the people who service them. It became the basis for a campaign across social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads and radio, plus a new landing page.
Challenge
A strong offer needed a new voice. The communication had to reach Scania’s current and prospective customers and bring them in for service.

FAQ

Common questions about enterprise marketing

How do you choose a marketing agency for a large company?
Check three things: work of similar scale and complexity, the makeup of the team that will actually work on your project, and how the agency handles brand guidelines and multiple decision-makers. A smaller project or a workshop is a good test, because it shows how the agency works before you sign a longer contract. Also ask whether the senior people from the pitch stage will stay on the project to the end, and whether the agency can work alongside your lead agency.
How does an enterprise formally start working with an agency?
It usually starts with an NDA, vendor registration and a contract. If the agency will work with personal data, for example of candidates or customers, you also need a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). Next comes the brief, then agreeing on decision-makers, the approval path and the timeline. We adapt to your organization’s procurement procedures, including requests for proposals and tenders.
Can a listed company combine marketing with investor information?
Not when it comes to inside information. A company first publishes it in a current report (via ESPI on the Warsaw Stock Exchange main market, via EBI on NewConnect), as soon as possible and in a way that gives the public fast access to it. Article 17 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) prohibits combining that disclosure with marketing the company’s own activities. In practice, a post, campaign or interview about a new contract comes out only after the report and doesn’t reveal any other inside information. It’s worth agreeing on the publication schedule with your investor relations team.
How do you implement AI in an enterprise marketing team?
Start with the tasks that take up most of your team’s time, such as creating content variants, adapting formats or answering repetitive questions. Choose tools that comply with your company’s security policy, check the contracts with their vendors, write down rules for working with AI and train your team on real tasks. We roll this out in stages: from a workshop and process audit, through choosing use cases and setting up tools in your brand’s voice, to team training and measuring results.
How do you run employer branding at a large company?
Start with what sets you apart as an employer, and test it in conversations with employees, not just with leadership. Then show it where candidates compare companies: on LinkedIn, in job ads and in content featuring your team. In Poland, as of December 24, 2025, job ads and job titles must be gender-neutral, and candidates have the right to information about pay. You feature employees in a campaign only with their consent to the use of their image.
How much does an enterprise marketing agency cost?
The cost depends on the engagement model and scope. We price projects, such as a campaign, microsite, workshop or AI rollout, as one-off fees, and ongoing channel management or employer branding communication on a monthly basis. We plan the media budget and production costs, such as a photo shoot or video, separately. We prepare a quote based on your brief or request for proposal, in the format your procurement team requires.
How quickly does marketing show results at a large company?
It depends on the goal and the channel. An ad or recruitment campaign on LinkedIn gives you the first data on reach, clicks and responses within a few days of launch. An employer brand and your experts’ standing take longer to build, usually many months, because candidates and customers need time to notice the change. Time saved after an AI rollout can usually be measured after a few weeks of work on real tasks. We agree on the metrics and the date of the first report before launch.
