We run rebrands that refresh your image without losing what makes you recognizable and bring your brand in line with what your company is today. We take it from audit and strategy, through a new identity, to rollout in every channel. For us, rebranding is a business decision backed by data, not a logo change for the sake of change.
We’re a branding agency. We work mainly out of Wrocław and Warsaw and run company rebrands for clients across Poland. We combine strategy with the speed of AI tools to get from audit to a consistent, fully rolled-out brand without the chaos.

THE BASICS

What is rebranding

Rebranding is a deliberate change to a brand’s image: from a refresh of the logo and colors to a redesign that completely changes the strategy, name and identity. The goal isn’t novelty for its own sake. It’s bringing the brand in line with what the company has become and with what its customers expect. Good rebranding keeps what’s recognizable and fixes what’s stopped working.
A full rebrand covers an audit of your current brand and how it’s perceived, a strategy with new positioning, a new or refreshed visual identity, a system covering the logo, colors, typography and key visual, a brand book, plus planning and rolling out the change in every channel.

OUR WORK

Rebranding in practice

Case study · Gas industry

Gazomet

A brand built on real technical drawings
We designed Gazomet’s visual identity: a new logo, key visual, branded materials and social media graphics. It all speaks the language of technical drawing. In the key visual, outlines of valves and flanges overlap photos of people at work.
Challenge
The identity had to highlight the company’s professionalism and know-how. Technical expertise had to be shown, not talked about, on branded materials and on social media.

FAQ

Common questions about rebranding

What is rebranding?
Rebranding is a deliberate change to a brand’s image, from refreshing the logo and colors to completely changing the strategy, name and identity. The goal is to bring the brand in line with what the company is today and with what its customers expect. Good rebranding keeps what’s recognizable and fixes what’s stopped working.
What does rebranding a company mean?
Rebranding a company means rebuilding how its brand is perceived: changing the strategy and visual identity, and sometimes the name and communication. It’s a process that starts with an audit and strategy and ends with rolling out the new brand at every customer touchpoint.
How is rebranding different from a logo refresh?
A logo refresh is a cosmetic update to the mark and colors when the brand works but looks dated. Rebranding goes deeper: it covers strategy, positioning and the entire identity system, and sometimes the name too. An audit shows whether a refresh is enough or you need a full rebrand.
How do you keep brand recognition during a rebrand?
The key is an audit that identifies the elements people most strongly associate with your brand, plus a migration plan that introduces the change in stages and communicates it to customers. We keep what’s recognizable and change what’s stopped working, so your brand evolves instead of disappearing overnight.
How much does a rebrand cost?
The cost of a rebrand depends on the scope: from a logo refresh, through a new identity, to a complete overhaul with strategy and rollout across your channels. We prepare a quote after the audit, which shows the real scope of work.
How long does a rebrand take?
Timelines depend on the scope and the number of channels. A logo refresh on its own is faster, and we run a full rebrand with migration in stages, following an agreed plan.
Do you run rebrands for companies in Wrocław or Warsaw?
Yes. 25wat works mainly out of Wrocław and Warsaw, so we’re happy to meet in person for the audit and strategy. We also run rebrands fully remotely for companies across Poland.
