We design and build web and mobile apps for businesses: from prototype and MVP, through launch in the browser and on iOS and Android, to ongoing product development. We work faster with AI: you describe what the app should do, and we design the interface, logic and data, then hand over a working product used by your customers or your team.
We’re a creative agency. We choose the technology to fit the goal: AI and no-code tools such as Lovable for a quick MVP, traditional code for a product at scale. We work mainly out of Wrocław and Warsaw and run projects remotely across Poland.

THE BASICS

What is a web app and what is a mobile app

A web app runs in the browser: there’s nothing to install, it works on computers and phones, and all users see every change right away. A mobile app is installed from the App Store or Google Play, has access to phone features (push notifications, camera, location, offline mode) and stays on the customer’s home screen. In between sits the PWA, a web app you can add to your phone’s home screen like a regular app.
In practice, you get a product workshop and an MVP scope, UX/UI and user flow design, a web or mobile app build (iOS and Android), integrations with login, payments, a database, your CRM and AI tools, launch on your domain or in the App Store and Google Play, plus ongoing development based on user data.

Web & mobile apps

Who it’s for

Founders and startups who want to test a product idea fast, before they spend their whole budget.
Companies that need a customer-facing app for accounts, orders, bookings or a loyalty program.
Teams that are missing an internal tool: a dashboard, calculator, configurator or ticketing system.
Brands that want to be on their customers’ phones, with push notifications and offline access.
Businesses that want their app built faster and cheaper than with a traditional software house.
PROCESS

How it works: step by step

01
Workshop and MVP scope
We define the problem, the user and the minimum feature set.
02
UX/UI design
We design the screens and user journeys, plus a clickable prototype for your approval.
03
App development
We build the web or mobile app: interface, logic and data, with the help of AI.
04
Integrations and testing
We connect login, payments, the database and AI tools, then test across devices.
05
Launch and iteration
We launch on your domain or in the App Store and Google Play, gather feedback and keep developing the product.

COMPARISON

Web app or mobile app: which to choose

/
Web app
Mobile app
Access
browser, no installation
installed from the App Store and Google Play
Launch time and cost
lower, one version for all devices
higher, separate iOS and Android versions
Phone features
limited (PWA: some notifications and offline)
full: push, camera, location, offline
Bottom line
a web app for an MVP, dashboard or internal tool, a mobile app when customers should come back to it every day
(You don’t have to choose right away: we often start with a web app or PWA and build the mobile version once the product proves itself.)

FAQ

Common questions about web and mobile apps

What is a web app?
A web app is software that runs in the browser, with nothing to install, and works on both computers and phones. Unlike a regular website, it lets users take action: log in, process data, place orders or manage their account.
How is a web app different from a mobile app?
A web app runs in the browser and needs no installation, so it’s faster and cheaper to build and update. A mobile app is installed from the App Store or Google Play and has full access to phone features such as push notifications, the camera, location and offline mode.
What is a PWA?
A PWA (Progressive Web App) is a web app that users can add to their phone’s home screen and open like a regular app, with partial offline access and notifications. It’s a good compromise when you want to get onto your customers’ phones without publishing in the app stores.
How much does it cost to build a mobile or web app?
The cost depends on the number of features, integrations and platforms. A clickable prototype or a web app MVP costs less than an iOS and Android mobile app with payments and login. We give you an exact figure after the product workshop.
How long does an app take to build?
Timelines depend on the number of features and integrations. With AI and ready-made components, we cut that time compared with a traditional build.
Do you build apps with Lovable?
Yes. For quick prototypes and web app MVPs, we use tools such as Lovable, an AI platform that generates working code from a plain-language description. When the product needs to scale or get a mobile version, we move to traditional code without starting from scratch.
Do you build apps for companies in Wrocław or Warsaw?
Yes. 25wat works mainly out of Wrocław and Warsaw, so we’re happy to meet in person for the workshop. We also run projects fully remotely for clients across Poland.
