Netguru delivers projects in AI, fintech, commerce and design systems for banks and fintechs, as well as for companies such as Merck, Newzip and NewGlobe.
We made four vertical AI reels with sound and captions for Netguru. Together, they add up to 3 minutes and 10 seconds of footage on the company’s case studies and services. All the videos share one formula: hook, proof, logo.
Client: Netguru
Scope: 4 AI reels
Format: 9:16 video, 1080×1920, 30 fps

The task was clear-cut: AI videos that tell the story of Netguru’s case studies and present its services in under a minute. Four topics: AI, fintech, commerce and design systems.
Each one is technical content that has to stop the scroll in a vertical feed. The challenge: four different areas, one consistent language.
Vertical 9:16 videos with captions.
One per topic.
Commerce is the shortest, fintech the longest. 3:10 of footage in total.
Banking, payments, KYC and onboarding.
Newzip, Merck and NewGlobe in one video.

The AI reel features three case studies and three results backed by numbers. The duck is Newzip, a US proptech: AI-powered content personalization delivered a 60% increase in user engagement. The robot is Merck: with an AI assistant, a key R&D process was cut from 6 months to 6 hours. The third case is NewGlobe, a European edtech: with GenAI, new teacher guides are created in 45 seconds.
These are results of Netguru projects shown in the reel, not outcomes of 25wat’s work.
Case studies don’t have to sit in a PDF. Another reel? All it takes is one case study and one hero.
One formula, four stories: every reel takes the viewer down the same path.
A scroll-stopping image and a one-sentence premise, before anyone has time to swipe away. “How to make the most of AI?” under the cat in a gold frame, “Money makes the world go round” on the piggy bank globe.
Specifics, not claims: the industry, the task and, wherever possible, a number. One scene per case study, such as “faster user onboarding for an Australian fintech scale-up”.
An ending that sticks: the animated N mark and the Netguru logotype on a black background, in all four reels. In the AI reel, the punchline is “How’s that for experiments?”
Two stills from each reel, in the same order as the videos above.
